Section 01: Patent Notice
AGI-HIVE technology is protected by 6 provisional patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Patent Pending.
Section 02: Terms of Service
By using AGI-HIVE, you agree to the following basic terms:
- Platform Provided As-Is: We provide the coordination layer and autonomous engines. While we strive for 100% integrity, the output is generated by third-party AI models and should be verified by the Operator.
- Data Ownership: Users own 100% of their inputs, outputs, and the associated evidence trails generated within their private workspaces.
- SPARE Tokens: SPARE tokens are utility tokens for the internal Hive economy. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
- API Key Responsibility: If using BYOK mode, API keys are encrypted client-side. Management and billing for these keys are the sole responsibility of the user.
Section 03: Privacy Policy
What we collect:
Email address (for authentication and critical system alerts) and anonymized usage data (to improve P-Axis routing and engine efficiency).
What we do NOT collect:
We do not store your API keys in plaintext. We do not use your private chat content or project data for training our own models or third-party models.
BYOK Encryption:
All Bring-Your-Own-Key credentials are encrypted using AES-256 before being stored in your secure session vault. We have zero visibility into your plaintext keys.
